Did you know that it’s considered a “weight-bearing” exercise? Beneficial for all of us – especially as we get older. Discover the benefits of ballet – for everyone – and have a little fun in the process.
No experience required. All ages welcome. No special clothing (except for comfort) needed. Just bring a willingness to try something new!
Ready to get your groove on? Come learn some of the fun moves that are seen on the stage, in music videos and street dancing. Hip-hop is a world-wide phenomenon and is incredibly fun to learn for all ages! Take this class, then show off your moves at the Teen and Family dances!

Come join us on Saturday morning at 6 AM at the swimming pool and have fun in the water! All who show up will receive a polar bear sticker to place on the name tag to show others you braved it early.

Have fun with some physical activity! Find us out on the tennis courts and join in. No special ability needed. In this session for the whole family, all ages are welcome and the focus is on having fun. Run, jump, crawl and climb – we will use whatever is already available in the environment, as well as props or tools for exercise and play that I will bring with me.
