    • SPEAKER TAB: All informative sessions, special presentations, such as the spelling bee, a singing performance, etc.
    • VENDOR TAB: A table in the vendor hall to sell products conducive to homeschooling
    • ADVERTISER TAB: Ads in our Expo program book and/or items in the literature bag (both are given to all attendees).
      • RAFFLE/DOOR PRIZE DONORS: We encourage everyone – whether a business, a crafter, an artist, or a regular Joe – to donate a prize to be raffled or given as a door prize. This is FREE advertising!

We will try to accommodate everyone, but we kindly ask that if you can conduct your presentation without the use of A/V equipment that you do not select any of the A/V options and simply select "N/A".

Regarding the "Speaker Table": Speakers may use the speaker table for up to one hour immediately following their session to answer questions, continue conversations, display and sell goods, etc. Speaker table may be shared by two speakers in order to accommodate all requests.

If A/V equipment is required for your presentation, please note that we will provide all the required equipment (computers, speakers, and a complete projector setup) for this purpose. No outside equipment including laptops can be accommodated. (we thank you in advance for your understanding with regards to this restriction) We also ask that you please submit your presentation file in electronic format no later than 1 week before the Expo.
